How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and use the "Request a refund" option, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, reach out via our Contact page and we will help facilitate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

Requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the service was unavailable, materially defective, or otherwise did not perform as described, contact us and we will work with Paddle to make it right. Statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law are not affected by this policy.
